Job Description

Job purpose:

To implement the capacity building plan for RCI team, partners and external stakeholders.

Reporting to: Head of Development Support (HoDS)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the process of training need analysis for RCI staff and NGO partners and coordinate the implementation of their respective training plan.

- Lead or co-facilitate the delivery of training modules for both RCI staff and NGO partners as per the plan developed by the HoDS.

- Responsible for assessing the impact of all training efforts of RCI – partner NGOs, RCI staff and external stakeholders (including Government).

- Ensure the first draft of all training reports, coordinate their completion and record it for easy retrieval.

- Contribute to the development of RCI’s development support strategy.

- Experience : 5 to 8 years. - Qualification : Post Graduation.

Desired Candidate Profile

- At least 5 years’ experience of working on the issues of children and facilitating trainings and workshops.    

- Basic knowledge of macro/micro development issues relating to India.

- Post-graduate with social sciences background preferably Psychology.

- Proficiency in using diverse range of tools for facilitation.

- Proficiency in working with different groups.  

- Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and analytical skills.

- Strong presentation skills.

- Good language proficiency in English, Hindi and some regional languages.

- Strong documentation skills.

- Proficiency in applications of MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
