Job Description

- Assist Project Manager in discharge of his financial responsibilities
- Prepare budget for implementation of project.
- Ensure timely submission of Accounts and Utilization Certificates by implementing executive agencies.
- Timely reconciliation of accounts and submission of financial progress reports as prescribed under
rules
- Monitoring & Maintenance of fixed assets register.
- Ensure timely submission of audit replies
- Inspect the accounts of implementation/executing agencies periodically and ensure that the books of accounts are maintained properly.
- Ensuring that all financial regulations are strictly adhered to.Job Requirement:
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Willingness to accept a minimum tenure of three years.
- Candidates should be proficient in English.
- Should know local dialect of the respective State.Eligibility and Qualification:- Post Graduate in Commerce with specialization in Accountancy/Finance experience of working in the rank of Accounts officer/Junior Accounts Officer/Section Officer.
- Preference will be given to those having experience in accounting package (Tally) in an externally aided project.

- Salary- Rs.15000 PM.

Trained in basic computer software applications. - Minimum of 2 years of work experience which includes: - Experience in data management, monitoring and evaluations tools, data quality checks, analysis and interpretation of data on program performance. - Maintaining financial records / accounts. - Knowledge and experience in health and social development sector will be an added advantage.
