Position: Engagement Manager
Organizational Background: Transform Rural India Foundation (TRIF) is a non-profit company and client of Inductus, working for comprehensive integrated village development.
TRIF is facilitating a multi-stakeholder effort to accelerate village development. TRIF under a formal partnership is working with Government of Madhya Pradesh for multi-dimensional village development in selected CD Blocks under Mission Antodaya-Poverty Free Panchayat (PFP).
TRIF is seeking applications for the position of Engagement Manager from suitable candidates who will work closely with the field teams of State Rural Livelihoods Mission (MPRAF) to support implementation of Mission Antyodaya. The partnership covers 10 blocks where TRIF will provide capacity building, knowledge and technical & thematic support to accelerate multidimensional change in lives of rural communities covered under the Self Help Groups formed under DAY-NRLM by MPRAF.

Competencies:
Demonstrated leadership qualities to succeed in the entrepreneurial role;
Ability to work independently in unstructured work setting ;
Strong orientation for teamwork and collaborative working
Demonstrated strong management and problem solving capabilities;
Strong communication skills both spoken and written;
High comfort and skills in using digital technologies including for presentation and reports
Comfortable living and working in rural/ remote locations.
Gross compensation for the position is attractive. The offer made to the selected candidate shall be commensurate with qualifications, experience and salary history.
