Job Description

The major responsibilities are: Ensuring monitoring and evaluation of the programson field are planned, scheduled and executed in a timely and efficient manner. 1. Ensuring smooth coordination with Prevention and Healing teams 2. Reporting any quality compromises by the direct services team to the Director, Services Ensuring regular reviews with Director, Services and CEO Supervising design and timely completion of evaluation studies to map impact of programs Ideation and supervising resource development; modules, manuals, other training tools for prevention and healing programs/trainings Ensuring that steps are taken for implementation of any new or proposed content/module Ensuring timely completion of programmatic reports Ensuring that regular training & guidance is given to the R&D Team Key Objectives of the Job- Ensure quality of direct services and completion of relevant content development in a timely manner as per annual plan. 1. Post Graduation in Education, Sociology, Psychology, Child Development, and other related fields. 2. 5years of experience in aManager role. Should have experience in leading teams. Should be a stickler for detail and process adherence.
