Determines appropriate staffing ratios and participates in the recruitment and orientation of qualified staff, volunteers and students • Leads, motivates and endeavours to retain staff, students and volunteers • Provides staff with performance feed back, support and addresses staff behaviour, problem solving and conflict resolution. Maintains staff records in a confidential manner • Conducts staff meetings regularly and individual staff meetings on a monthly basis
