Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS Talent Acquisition & Management • Understand the recruitment landscape of the APPI in order to land innovative solutions to nuanced people requirements • Invest effort, experience and knowledge into building a strong pipeline of mould breakers who are well positioned to achieve the APPI vision • Tap into a variety of sources to find the best people, establish connects and make sure good talent is not missed • Conduct the HR interview for every candidate and gauge suitability from a role, positioning and compensation perspective • Manage all corresponding activities – reference checks, decision on compensation, role fit and roll out of the offer letter • Ensure that the recruitment process is well defined, well communicated to all stakeholders and most importantly achieves a quick turnaround time between step 1 and final offer • Maintain an updated tracker that captures all necessary information which will serve as a database for all the intelligence required

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications • Master’s degree in Human Resources is required • Five to seven years of work experience as an HR generalist • Should have made significant and long lasting contributions in his/her area of specialization • Some experience in the social development sector would be great
