Reason for Hire: To deliver quality wishes in a timely manner to eligible children referred to Make-A-Wish India. To streamline wish granting practices across offices in India, enhance the quality of wishes being granted by making them memorable and unique. Retain, hire & train volunteers using technology solutions like Skype etc. Improve the supply chain operation by making it more cost effective, with enough checks and balances.
Key Responsibility Areas: Strategy and Planning: Develop the overall wish granting and volunteer strategy. Create a detailed roadmap to achieve stated objectives. Operations: Improve the wish granting process and introduce cost effective measures in all aspects of the wish process Impact Assessment: Collect and analyze data to ascertain the quantum of impact (both quantitative and qualitative) achieved through the wish granting program. Take decisions on future scale based on the measured effectiveness of various programs.

Qualification and Experience: An undergraduate degree or master’s degree from a top college. MSW or a qualification from a social college will be beneficial. A minimum of 7 years of work experience out of which at least 3 years should be in a leadership role in NGO sector handling programs & volunteers . Demonstrated experience leading operations at regional or national scale. Entrepreneurial skills - The ability to play a hands-on operational role in the first couple of years and a leadership role once operations scale up. High standards of excellence in his/her academic and professional careers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with speaking fluency in English and Hindi Ability to Work cooperatively with volunteers, staff, and leadership.
