Job Description

They are seeking Lead for Jharkhand who will anchor the initiative, establish and nurture strong and credible partnerships with stake-holders resulting in building a multi-stakeholder eco-system.

Eligibility Criteria

CRITERIA FOR EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:  Graduate in Management/Social Sciences or equivalent streams  7-10 years of experience in project implementation, partnership building, communications & advocacy.  Proficiency in digital communication and presentation.  Language: Fluency in English and Hindix

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: The candidate will work in an entrepreneurial start-up environment and would be based in Ranchi.  The work would require the candidate to undertake field travel to community development blocks, engage with existing and prospective partners, synchronize and coordinate TRI interventions in the state leading to effective implementation of TRI vision.  have strong social and human engagement skills to facilitate collaboration among a diverse set of organizations working towards co-shared goal .  possess conflict resolution and team development skills and openness to work government systems.  leadership skills to succeed in entrepreneurial environment role  able to work independently to structure complex problems, identify potential areas of new intervention .  within a collaborative framework.  is comfortable working and travelling in rural remote locations .
