Job Description

Roles and responsibilities Outreach on given sites at Bhopal City. Networking with stakeholder providing hand hold support to Peer Educators. Preparing outreach monthly/weekly plan and reports. Documenting case studies. Identification and facilitate registration of High Risk Group. IEC and Condom distribution through PE. Conduct field visits and participate in the awareness generation activities. Facilitate filling of forms for social entitlements and schemes and hand them over to the PC Support the Program Manager in effective reporting of the project. Should work as per direction by Program Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Graduate in Social sciencesRural developmentsociology or any equivalent qualifications with minimum 1-2 years experience in HIV/AIDS, Health projects. 2. Good interpersonal verbal & written skills. 3.Strong communication and mobilization skills and hold in FSW community Ability to work in a small teams, and flexible ways of working Remuneration: 7500/- salary + TA up to 750/-. (As per the NACO guide line)
