The Education and Urban Livelihoods Program of NFCT is currently engaging with communities located in slums of the National Capital Region. The Program embraces native literacy and non-traditional approaches to meeting needs of community members with special focus on children, youth and women. The Program Manager will be responsible for several social Programs focused on education and community development. A person with experience in developing curriculums, Programs, and strategic plans with a strong handle on grants writing and developing staff teams would be ideal
