The Manager-Finance would be responsible for delivering the role detailed below. The position is full time; Mumbai based and reports to the Director, Finance. Accounting and Banking Oversee all accounting and financial reporting matters and work with the accounting team, supervising and training them as and when required Improvise the accounting system for project offices/centres as and when required Coordinate between all programs/domains to ensure same financial system and principles are being followed Responsible for all bank related work Ensure FCRA transactions are properly handled and accounted for Statutory Compliances & Audit Supervise and ensure all salary related processing and accounting is being done on time with TDS calculations as per declarations/investment proofs received Interface with Payroll/PF Consultant as and when required Ensuring timely completion of audits and preparation of final accounts Interface with auditors, tax advisors, HR consultants
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS 1. Educational qualification: Chartered Accountant 2. At least 3-4 years’ work experience 3. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports and projections and develop MIS 4. Knowledge of Income Tax, FCRA and Charity Commissioner’s regulation 5.
