Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Graduation B.Com with 2 years of experience and good working knowledge of Tally

Graduation - B.Com

Competence Criteria: 1) Knowledge of accounting with tally and audit systems. 2) Ability to plan, monitor, review and report. 3) Knowledge of Tally and computers (especially excel). 4) Team work and ability to imbibe discipline in finance.

• About Organization:SYM a nonprofit organization working with tribal and marginalized communities since 15 years in the remote areas of Chhattisgarh state where the native dwellers are the victims of social order and struggling for their survival. SYM had made its strategies for community’s dignified survival, sustenance and development for tribal and marginalized in the border state districts on livelihood issues emphasizing on education and rights of children. Sikhar Yuva Manch (SYM) was initiated in the year 1997 in a response to address issues related to local governance. The members of the SYM were from a youth group who started working together with an objective for bringing social change. Eventually to give it a legal status they registered as a society. SYM is working in 5 districts of Bilaspur, Kawardha, Mungleli, Korba and Sarguja of Chhattisgarh covering 200 villages directly and indirectly along with 22 partners.
