Job Description

The Climate Change Enterprise Fund is a new challenge to find and support 35 young sustainable entrepreneurs (from low-income groups) and their climate change enterprises in six districts Kishanganj, Khagaria, Madhepur, Gaya, Bhagalpur and Katihar in Bihar, India. The challenge starts now and runs for two years. Using radio, television, community conversations, you’ll be out there in search of new hero entrepreneurs to lead enterprises they always dreamed of.

Eligibility Criteria

• The Candidate must be passionate to work at grass root level in both rural and urban set up. • Must have working knowledge of some of these areas - enterprise planning, business plan modeling, financial management, entrepreneurship, sustainable enterprise, social enterprise mentoring, rural marketing, rural enterprise development and management, clean energy and sustainable business investment. A professional management degree would be preferred. • Excellent command over Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Exposure to supporting a rural social enterprise or livelihood generation programs would be preferred • Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation - BBA
