Job Description

•Managing effective implementation and scouting the implementation of WomenWeave’s Gudi Mudi khadi project spreads in various geographical locations in central India. •Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. •Formulation of programme plans, business plan and ensuring effective implementation through and by team. •Formulation, compilation and monitoring of annual activities plan, budget, production & marketing targets, capacity building targets etc. And taking approval from CEO and trustees of the organization. •Organizing business development services (BDS) to achieve desired growth for the organization. •Promotion & management of collective business enterprises for the financial and governance inclusion of the weavers community. •Ensuring expansion of organization works in existing programme locations.

Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must have Postgraduate degree in rural management and an overall experience of 5+ years in managing the social enterprise in professionally managed organization. The person should have excellent computer & internet skills, excellent in spoken & written English & Hindi.
