Job Description

About the Position: Future's manager is to manage program of "facilitating and leading the youth in achieving their dreams and aspirations to settle in their lives after the school education". Futures manager is a senior manager position in Rainbow Foundation India at national level. The person is expected to strategies the intervention across the country and capacitate the state and home teams. RFI is currently working with 3468 boys and girls in more than 8 states. Key Responsibilities: Create forum and support systems for the older children/ youth to share their dreams and aspirations thus developing child specific future plans Arrange Training programmes for developing soft skills and vocational skills for the students using institutional and external expertise Mobilising resources and necessarily external linkages with the program at national level and state levels Conceptualise and strategies the whole intervention and formulating necessary capacity building programs for chil

Eligibility Criteria

Post graduate with social sciences/ management with 10 years of experience in social development sector. At least 5 years should be in the area of adolescent girls, their livelihoods and their futures. Demonstrated experience of working in more than 2 states

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

Excellent leadership skills and ability to negotiate with various stakeholders including children, field teams, partner NGOs, corporates, Government etc. Ability to travel extensively to bring synergy among various stakeholders Abilities to conceptualise and coordinate various researches for the work. The position is based in Hyderabad and required travel to other states Language proficiency in English and Hindi is essential
