Program Planning & Implementation: • Build awareness among the communities in the target villages (4-8 nos.) about the project and its activities • Establish field office / resource centre in operational area for the day to day project management and make it resourceful to target communities • Work on a day to day basis with the partner NGO’s project team for the timely implementation of the planned activities • Getting oriented and orient the partner NGO team on the nuances of the project proposal and relevant budgetary matters including time commitments. Based on orientation document the individual roles • Set capacity building plan for the individual team members of the project and coordinate with the Capacity Building Officer to execute the plans • Facilitate the partner NGO team to derive at day-wise/monthly activity cum financial plan aligning with annual and overall project period plan • Ensuring the jointly developed activity cum financial plan is accomplished
