Job Description

• Understand the project objectives and accordingly identify the capacity needs in scientific manner and document the same • Comprehend the roles of the different project team members and the project stakeholders in the project and assess their capacities • Through frequent field visits, identify the local issues in the operational areas integrate the same while doing capacity needs assessment • Based on the scientific assessment, prepare individual level capacity building plans for the team members and key stakeholders • Based on the plans, identify the pool of sector-level experts/consultants to provide their quality and timely services to accomplish the plans • Prepare the Training Calendar in coordination with the experts/consultants for the execution of the plans in timely manner • Prepare the high quality and relevant training curriculum and teaching learning materials (TLM) in coordination with experts/stakeholders • In coordination with the project management team

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

• Understanding of the social, economic and political context of poverty • Basics of health, education and livelihoods for rural development • Technical skills for Dairy Value Chain and allied activities • Interpersonal skills to work with the multi stakeholders for trainings • Understanding CSR and its purposes contextually • Work in a team, accomplish as a team and represent the team • Reports/blogs/stories writing skills along with the analytical skills • Comprehensive presentation skills (for internal and external audiences) • Having local contacts would be an added advantage • Passion for working with the rural communities for their development • Interested in more field visits and establish rapport with communities • Supportive in nature for the development of projects and the organisation • Time-bound and output/outcome based working culture
