Job Description

• Develop and execute knowledge management (KM) strategy for garnering field learnings from RF programmes; • Build the knowledge management systems for various programmes based on the priority indicators; • Identify and oversee the implementation of innovative approaches to disseminate information and learning to project partners and external stakeholders for greater visibility of RF work; • Organize knowledge sharing events to disseminate information and KM products such as field assessment reports, case studies etc. to internal and external audiences; • Collaborate with programme teams to identify and execute strategies for closing knowledge gaps within existing systems and propose streamlined approaches to advance programme’s knowledge by suggesting research needs; • Conduct desk research, literature review , qualitative studies including case studies, IDIs and FGDs for knowledge sharing, reporting and highlighting programme’s success; • Consolidate and monitor MIS for programme tea

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

• Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office applications; • Excellent communication, documentation and writing skills; • Ability to coordinate and work with multidisciplinary team; • Ability to prioritise and perform multiple tasks; • Result focused, meet timelines and drive for innovations; • Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of other languages would be an added advantage; • Ability to travel extensively in difficult terrain and stay for extended duration in remote locations.
