Job Description

Managing Director, Finance will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This includes direct responsibility for all accounting, vendor quotes, payments, travel sanction, reimbursement, internal audit , monitoring 150 team-members in an online financial management system, reporting, forecasting, strategic planning, employment contracts, engaging with the legal management team and ensuring all seven state offices follow strict sourcing, advance, and travel reimbursement norms.

Post Graduation - CA

Possess excellent financial, managerial & communication skills (both written & verbal in both English & Hindi).
 Establish effective coordination across functions. Possess exposure of leading and managing a team of 2-4 members, who in turn manage a larger team of 150 people. Self-motivated, ethical, exceptional leadership skills, persistent, confident. Strong interpersonal skills • Strong problem solving skills, planning ahead and dealing with last-minute challenges
