Job Description

Be market oriented Be accountable for high quality placements for all youth at the centre Arrange exposure visit/job fair, guest lectures on varied topics depending on youth as well as market need Carry out mock interviews, placement support and post placement follow up. Ensure effective referral, placement and monitoring systems are in place for youth Support youth during their self-development and skills training Develop partnerships at local level Effectively utilize and leverage partnerships at all levels

Eligibility Criteria

Should have sector based knowledge; market awareness Industry experience- be from the corporate/placement sector Good communicator Result oriented Strong negotiator and ability to manage relationships Empathy- ability to work with youth
