Conduct training- Induction, Life skills, core and workplace readiness skills Prepare and follow training timetable Innovation in designing implementation/formats Evaluate the performance of youth Finalization of PDP along with YDO, AM Ensure quality of training Build trust with youth , take feedback on further development areas and skilling Ensure quality trainings Feedback on curriculum and training modules
