With Special need children: ? Teach either individuals or small groups of children  ? Assess work ,prepares lessons and resources ? Develop and adapting conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of children ? Asses children who have long or short-term learning difficulties ? Prepare materials & classrooms for class activities. ? Teach socially acceptable behavior by behavior modification & positive reinforcement. ? Communicate with parents to develop individual educational plans designed to promote children educational, physical & social development Within Centre: ? Promotes & maintain open communication with parents and with the team. ? Promotes & maintain safety standards within the centre. ? Contributes to departmental quality of assurance program. ? Maintains patient confidence and protects centre operations by keeping information confidential. ? Performs tasks/ duties assigned by the project manager and /or Rehab service coordinat

In 2004 while practising as a dentist, Dr. Aggarwal started losing his vision due to Macular Degeneration of Retina, a non treatable concern. During this period he realized the agony with which a PwD goes through due to constraints such as non inclusive environment and limited access to resources and opportunities. With God’s grace and support from various relevant persons he first got himself trained in screen readers and other software to manage and execute his daily activities through Computers, and gradually started with skilling and employment of visually impaired candidates in Medical Transcription in Delhi. Nine skill development and employment sectors are operational across India with the support of National Skill Development Corporation (Lucknow, Ludhiana, Jaipur), Tech-Mahindra Foundation (Delhi, Chandigarh, Gurgaon), & Capgemini (Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai).
