Should have a sound knowledge on Project Formulation, preparation, documentation Planning, Monitoring and Execution of the Project Target Oriented with whole lot of process involved Should have a knowledge to liaison with the stake holders and line department Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in the field Should have a good presentation skill and ability to raise funds Should have a sound knowledge of English (writing and speaking) Should have a good knowledge of computer
