Job Description

To collect data and information on key activities of the project. -To prepare program monthly, quarterly and annual progress report and submit to Project coordinator on time. -To identify the capacity building needs of staff with regard to MIS and other reporting documents. -To assist in the preparation of Annual Budget, and to monitor the proper implementation of the Action Plan set at the beginning of working year. -To conduct monitoring visit to working area/villages and give guidance to Community Organizers , Peer Educators and other workers to improve the quality of the program reporting. -To keep & maintain all statistical data related to children health and Nutrition of state, District, Block & area level for the project. -Provide Regular Feedback to the project staff about the progress of the project.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor degree in statistics, mathematics, economic or in development studies -1-3 year of experience in data collection and data analysis. -Experience of managing health and nutrition related data would be preferred

Data Analysis and Compilation -Computer skills ( especially excel and word ) -Verbal Communication ( Hindi / local language as relevant) -Written Communication (including Documentation & Reporting)

The assessment year of 1999-2000 saw a major change in the working of the organization with the implementation of major awareness programs and activities pertaining to the empowerment of women and child, RCH, HIV/AIDS, poverty alleviation and other developmental issues.
