The major responsibilities would be- Handling a team of Sales, Credit and Operations. Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and minimal attrition. Monitoring and evaluating performance of his existing and newly appointed team members. Also ensuring they are given a constructive feedback which sums up to the development and growth.
