Job Description

Responsibilities Mentoring responsibilities: • Assess how well learning objectives have been achieved and use them to improve specific aspects of teaching. • Mark and monitor students work and set targets for progress. • Monitor strengths and weaknesses, inform planning and recognise the level at which each student is achieving; • Motivating students with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation; • Working with School Coordinators and School Principal to plan and coordinate work; • Keeping up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum; Life skills responsibilities • Identifying topics in the curriculum that can be taught in the surrounding village and areas – Community Learning Mornings; • Connecting learners with curriculum to real life experience through local trips and exposure in the area – Exposure trips; • Creating engaging project-based lessons and learning for the students; • Translating skills learned in one subject into communication through ano

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Ed, M. Ed or BSTC • At least two years of experience • Computer literate • Fluent in Hindi • Mewari, Marwari, or Gujarat a bonus • Subject specialist in Science, Maths, English, or Hindi
