•Provide administrative support in the development ,implementation and other project functions. Serve as a principal liaison between project team and other partners ,support program manager on day to day programmatic ,operational and administrative issues. •Ensure organizational compliance with partners /vendors/service providers etc. •Maintain all the necessary records for the project. • Organize .facilitate events like conferences convening’s seminars ,meetings . •Fixing up meetings ,scheduling appointments of the executive director as necessary. •Coordinate activities of project team staff ,consultants engaged in implementation and administration of program. •Support in writing of reports program handbooks and any other publications. •Perform other miscellaneous job related duties as assigned by the program manager
Bachelors degree in secretarial and office management or any relevant field. Experience in working with government departments.
