Handling a team of Sales, Credit and Operations. Staffing and grooming, team building, motivation, satisfaction and minimal attrition. Monitoring and evaluating performance of his existing and newly appointed team members. Also ensuring they aregiven a constructive feedback which sums up to the development and growth.

Post graduation in Social Science with an experience of minimum 3 years.
