Job Description

Support LQ Partners and Associates  Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments  Assist in research via the internet for client briefs, Quest materials; biographies, company information etc.  Maintain the LQ content management system (Salesforce)  Support in preparation of expense forms, updating Quest budgets  Arranging travel, visas and accommodation where necessary  Support in the preparation and filing of Quest programme material and campaigns General – support LQ processes  Adhere to all LQ policies and carry out all processes as required  Work with other LQ offices and team members to ensure good communication and excellent working relationships between LQ offices around the world  General assistance to ensure the upkeep of the LQ office  Some ad hoc internal projects, like arranging team meetings, offsites etc

Eligibility Criteria

 Highly organised with excellent attention to detail  Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, along with the ability to work with people from different cultures  Can effortlessly multi-task, juggling different timescales and specific deadlines  Proficient in Microsoft Office. IT literate, interested in apps, software to support, improve efficiency. Knowledge of database systems is preferable  High energy, fast paced worker who keeps calm under pressure  Flexible and willing to help out in times of need including occasional work out of normal office hours  Uses initiative, thinks outside of the box and is known for thinking/planning ahead  Altruistic and supportive of the working values of Leaders’ Quest  Preference for an individual with experience of providing administrative support
