Job Description

Vendor and logistics management  Take the lead in researching, identifying, negotiating, booking and following-up all logistics for Quest programmes including hotels, venues, menus, transportation, flights.  Manage a pre-agreed budget for each programme and liaise with the finance team to arrange deposits and payments for all suppliers. Maintain budget for all expenditure before, during and after the Quest.  On-going relationship-building with all suppliers (including post-Quest feedback). Participant, team and client relations  Be the interface with Quest programme team, participants and alumni before, during and post-Quest.  Assist in building and maintaining collaborative and productive working relationships with clients. Host relations & Quest programme development  Assist in communications with Quest hosts including visit confirmations and follow-up.  Research via internet, news sources and networking.  Be responsible for the preparation of all Quest documentat

Eligibility Criteria

 Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.  Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, along with the ability to work with people from different cultures.  Can effortlessly multi-task, juggling different timescales and specific deadlines.  Ideally has some experience in event management and supporting a team.  Proficient in Microsoft Office. IT literate, interested in apps, software to support, improve efficiency. Knowledge of database systems is preferable.  High energy, fast paced worker who keeps calm under pressure.  Flexible and willing to help out in times of need including occasional work out of normal office hours.  Altruistic and supportive of the working values of Leaders’ Quest.
