Job Description

• Manage and oversee the deployment of the Roshni program in Roshni's partner schools across Delhi. • Manage and build relationships with Roshni’s partner schools and ensure timely scheduling of the workshops. • Implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process throughout the programs in Delhi, focusing on systems/process improvement. Oversee and monitor the programs at the grass-root level. • Teach life skills, soft skills, Spoken English, communication skills to underprivileged adolescent girls in the partner schools as per the scheduling requirement of the schools • Ensure that the trainers maintain the necessary documentation of students’ assessments and periodically analyze their progress • Provide regular updates to the Head of Operations on the progress and performance of the program • Ensure timely reports • Work closely with the Curriculum Director for providing feedback on the curriculum and delivery of training modules • Ensure timely reports submission by the trai
