Job Description

Manage and lead the fundraising initiatives. Developing and implementing a fundraising strategy. Lead on new initiatives including major donors, donation options and regular giving. Contribute to the overall running of the charity as an active member of the management team Grow income over the next 5 years and improve the sustainability of the organisation by proactively securing funds from new individuals, corporates, donors Maintain fundraising base and build on existing relationships with donors, volunteers, funders, trusts and individuals To head the Skill training center for Hearing Impaired(Dumb & Deaf Youth) for fundraising and programme
