Job Description

 Formation of SHGs, WUG (Water Users Group), VDC (Village Development Committee), and linkages with livelihood program.  Bank linkages exclusive for women’s group and due diligence of credit linkages  Forming, strengthening, and managing funds of community institutions.  Identification of malnourished children in each village and plan accordingly.  Identification of ultra poor families in each village and linkages with them from government social welfare schemes like Widow Pension scheme.  Field visits, Reporting and Documentation  Repair and maintenance of school infra, sport facilities and other material support (chair, table, rack, carpet, almirah for learning material, reference books etc.) and gap analysis.  Organize inter school drawing competition on regular interval (6 months).  Inculcate BALA concept (Building as Learning Aid) towards qualitative improvement in education, through developing child friendly, learning and fun based physical environment build

Eligibility Criteria

1. Masters in Social work from a reputed college/institute. (Diploma or Degree in Rural Management will be desirable). 2. At least 3 years experience in a similar position in a reputed organization. 3. Excellent skills in proposal writing, report writing, content writing and report writing. 4. Sound knowledge of rural livelihoods and practices, Skill Development for income, Health & hygiene, Community development, infrastructure development, Formation of SHGs, etc. 5. Good knowledge of computer applications and operations especially in Excel, Power Points etc. 6. Excellent command over spoken and written English & Hindi. 7. Excellent communication and presentable skills.
