Implementation and management of all kind of holistic and integrated village development interventions based projects taken up by the Foundation. Over all responsibilities of the baseline surveys, need assessment, project planning, execution, management, reporting, financial management and its controlling over the external unwanted or failure component. Preparing development micro-plans for the project area, executing and monitoring the project as per plans and reviewing the progress periodically. Building and leading a field team for the execution of various project components. Travelling to various project sites for project execution. Effective mobilization, awareness building and execution of the project. Events management includes Exposure Visit, Workshop, Meetings, Training program, etc. Implementing projects in partnership mode ensuring smooth and effective co-ordination with project partners, local and Govt Authorities Developing linkages with Govt
1. Masters in Social work/ Agriculture/ Natural Resource / Business Management / Rural Development from a reputed college/institute. (Diploma or Degree in Rural Management will be desirable). 2. At least 5 years experience in a similar position in a reputed organization. 3. Excellent skills in proposal writing, report writing, content writing and report writing. 4. Prepare case studies, quarterly and annual reports as per the project requirements. 5. Sound knowledge of rural livelihoods and practices, Skill Development for income, Health & hygiene, Community development, infrastructure development, Formation of SHGs, etc. 6. Good knowledge of computer applications and operations especially in Excel, Power Points etc. 7. Excellent command over spoken and written English & Hindi. 8. Excellent communication and presentable skills.
