Job Description

Copy editors ensure that articles, books and other materials are free of errors, easy to read and conform to the publication's style. Copy editors need a passion for writing, a sharp eye for detail and the ability to work well under pressure. They may work for a variety of print or online publications as either salaried or freelance employees. Most of these professionals hold bachelor's degrees in journalism, English or related fields.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or post graduate in science with a minimum five year hands on experience in editing, proofreading, layout, translation. The candidate should have excellent writing skills in English for drafting communication material regarding our activities and the innovations supported by the organization. Experience of working in a reputed magazine, newsletters, journal related to community knowledge or other scientific journals is desirable. Familiarity with Html, WordPress, SQL and Drupal will be an advantage.
