Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the project team, design and implementation of Targeted interventions for HIV / AIDS prevention among the specified target group within the given geographical area and responsible for the overall service delivery for the community as per the performance indicators. The key result areas of the Project Manager shall include: • To evolve a long term vision and an operational action plan for the next three years and to document the same • To design and develop an appropriate project management plan and to ensure cost effective implementation • To develop a MIS covering various aspects of the TI so that continuous monitoring of the performance is possible with appropriate checks and balances • To understand the needs of the project team and to co-ordinate with the TSU, Targeted Interventions/SACS NGO and other external resource persons so that quality training and capacity building are undertaken • To develop a weekly work plan as per t
