Job Description

planning and designing the programme and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action defining the programme's governance arrangements ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the programme - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the programme, and outwardly on its coherence with infrastructure planning, interfaces with other programmes and corporate, technical and specialist standards managing the programme's budget on behalf of the SRO, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses facilitating the appointment of individuals to project teams ensuring the delivery of new products or services from projects is to the appropriate level of quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with the programme plan and programme governance arrangements ensuring there is allocation of common resources and skills within the programme's individual proj

Eligibility Criteria

MSW/MBA in RM/PGDRD/Masters in Sociology 7-12 Years of relevant experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

Development of Monthly Action/work Plan of individual and separate work plan for each & every project. Any other Functions as & when required. MSW/MBA in RM/PGDRD/Masters in Sociology 7-12 Years of relevant experience

  • About Organization:The origin of Citizens Foundation began in year 1993 with the genesis of Gandhi Sporting Club formed by Mr. Ganesh Reddy. Initially the club was involved in community based events like organizing different religious events, collective activities at local level, sports tournaments etc. Gradually, with the realization of having effective community-based programmes, the club took-up activities like organizing events for community awareness, health-based sensitizations etc. Until early 2002, the organization was informally involved in various social activities which then took up a shape of a formal organization renamed as Citizens Foundation. With the support of six youths inclined towards developmental activities, Citizens Foundation was registered as a NGO under Society’s Registration Act on February 20, 2002.
