Job Description

1. Perform the duty as the timing allotted by Manager 2. Always responsible to cleanliness of the shelter & its periphery. 3. Keep clean all toilets/roof and washable garments/items 4. Regularly attaining the centre in time 5. Prior arrangement needs to be made in consultation with manager, if any leaves requires.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Master’s Degree in Social work, public health, environmental/social science/PG Diploma in Urban Development/Rural Management and /or equivalent discipline with special knowledge and experience in urban development, urban issue, water, sanitation and hygiene at the local and national level with at least 1-3 years experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - Post Graduate-Other

1. Master’s Degree in Social work, public health, environmental/social science/PG Diploma in Urban Development/Rural Management and /or equivalent discipline with special knowledge and experience in urban development, urban issue, water, sanitation and hygiene at the local and national level with at least 1-3 years experience. 2. Good knowledge and experience of hospitalize work. 3. At least 1-2 years experience in hospitalize work in PHC/Private clinic/Nursing home/Kanya Ashram/Child Welfare Centre or in Govt. project/or equivalent project in INGO/National /State level NGO sector. 4. Excellent interpersonal verbal and written skills and understanding of projects management planning and implementation.

  • About Organization:The origin of Citizens Foundation began in year 1993 with the genesis of Gandhi Sporting Club by formed Mr. Ganesh Reddy. Initially the club was involved in community based events like organizing different religious events, collective activities at local level, sports tournaments etc. Gradually, with the realization having effective community-based programmes, the club took-up activities like organizing events for community awareness, health-based sensitizations etc. Until early 2002, the organization was informally involved in various social activities which then took up a shape of a formal organization renamed as Citizens Foundation. With the support of six development youths, Citizens Foundation was registered as a NGO under Society’s Registration Act on February 20, 2002.
