IT is an integral part of functioning of all our programmes academic or otherwise. Each centre has a fully functional Computer Lab where children are exposed to digital content as per their class and subjects. Besides this, we also utilize projectors and screens for workshops across different programmes. IT is also a key focus area for the organization to ensure reporting, monitoring and tracking of all our programmes. Manage Information Technology & Computer Systems across the Organization – windows workstations and laptops, installing/updating software, software and hardware inventory, license status, compliance with license agreements and ensuring licensed software use only. Ensure security of data, network access and backup system by building and following processes and implementing policy for the same. Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time so as to provide support to users, help with trouble shooting, preventive checks and monitoring of malfunctions
Should be graduate •With minimum 10 years of experience of working in IT or System Support work.

•With minimum 10 years of experience of working in IT or System Support work. •Preferably with experience in development sector or educational activities with children of low income families. •Who has good organization capabilities and is methodical in her / his approach and is able to work independently in a planned manner. •Willingness to work full time for 6 days and stretch when required. •Good command over English language (written, spoken) and Hindi Language (written and spoken) •Thorough knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office – Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook etc. and Internet)
