THE ASSOCIATION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY JOB DESCRIPTION Programme : Physical & Social Rehabilitation Title of Job : Asst Director/Sr. Program Manager- Mobility Reporting to : Head- Physical & Social Rehabilitation The Purpose of the Job: Overall responsible for planning & managing all Therapy and Mobility programs of APD ensuring self sufficiency, cost effectiveness appropriate to meet the needs of persons with disability towards fulfilling vision and mission of APD. The job includes managing day-to-day operations to ensure key programs and events of these departments are implemented to the satisfaction of beneficiaries as per approved Plans/ Budgets and to ensure planned Reach (number of beneficiaries). Plan for quality and upscale activities aligned to the strategic plans of APD. To give it appropriate technical direction Authorities, Responsibilities and Accountability 1. Authorities: You Will: 1.1 Hold charge as Asst Director Mobility and Therapy 1.2 Plan

Eligibility Criteria

• Engineering in Orthotic & Prosthetics. • Minimum 6-10 Years Experience in the same field/ Mobility field • Excellent communication skill both in Kannada & English Verbal & written. • Language Kannada & Hindi is preferable
