Profile of a Programme Manager for BOT (Build Operate Transfer) • Between the age of 30-40. • Stationed in north karnataka local person from this region preferred. • Essential graduate with experience or postgraduate in education. • Out spoken and good communication skills. • Basic writing skills in English to be able to report to Donor. • To be able to network among schools and motivate them to take on our programmes. • An experience in any Ngo is an added value. • Knowledge of education system and schools of karnataka. • Knowledge of disability sector or degree in this field is an added advantage. • Confidant and mature enough to represent APD in different forums and schools.
