Job Description

The Association of People with Disability Job Profiles Program : Donor Assurance Title of the Job : Executive - Documentation Reporting to : Director, Donor Assurance Key Responsibilities: • To help implement the organizations communication, documentation and information strategies. • Develop concept notes, relevant presentations & proposals related to Programs of Districts. • Develop the various Monitoring and Evaluation Tools at all levels to assess the performance of the project. • To develop strategic relationships with various s stakeholders of the organization – govt., donors, other NGOs, community, etc. Monitoring the core and performance indicators of the project. • Undertake periodical field visits to assess the systems and verify data. • Provide orientation training for MIS, Computerized MIS, Interpretation, analysis & Reporting for the project staff members. • Develop evaluation plan and conduct annual evaluation of the project. • Responsible for do

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s Degree in Social Sciences or related discipline or graduate with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience. • Minimum 3-6 Years Experience in Documentation back Ground. • Excellent communication skill both in Kannada & English Verbal & written. • Proven experience of writing and editing reports for key donors. • Experience of producing documents and publications for external audience. • Demonstrable experience of carrying out multiple tasks without compromising on quality • Proven track record of donor liaison, reporting and negotiations. • Proven experience of working within a team.
