Job Description

Undertake training need assessment of teachers, PTC/SMC members and other stakeholders • Design training material/manuals and conduct trainings in close coordination with district education department and Provincial Institute for Teacher Training (PITE) • Design and implement training follow up mechanism and ensure need based support and guidance to the teachers, head teachers, PTC members, students and other beneficiaries • Ensure timely provision of school/student supplies as per the project mandate • Develop low/no cost teaching aids by involving teacher, students and PTC members at school level • Write reports according to the project and donor requirements • Produce success stories/case studies and share with communication section through concerned supervisor • Orient the concerned beneficiaries on project goal, objectives and target • Assist the Field Engineer in conducting need assessment, cost estimation and developing BOQs for th

Graduate/Post Graduate in any subject with a minimum experience of six years in training/skilling
