•Book/record keeping and maintenance of all project related records •Regular verification of school level records and financial monitoring of construction works •Consolidation of requests related to office assets and office stationary, training materials and construction materials and forward same to procurement section •Preparation and process the fund request to Plan India after verifying the same from the approved budget •Stock entry of all the material and its regular updation and verification. •Labour and activity payment at construction & activity site. •Data entry of each and every transactions into tally system and prepare monthly utilization certificate. •Preparation of quarterly/half yearly & annual financial and material consumption report. •Conduction of audit as per project requirement and also preparation/updation of audit action list.
