•Guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and talent management strategy and implementation including workforce planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and development; performance planning, management development and improvement; and succession planning.
•Oversee employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns.
•Demonstrate proficiency in policy development, documentation, training, and implementation.
•Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
•Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
•Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers.

Desired Candidate Profile
Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM
•Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business, MBA or equivalent with 8-10 years of experience in relevant field.
•Highly motivated to strive for excellence in all aspects of facility management.
•Self-starter with a willingness to take initiative in problem identification and providing solutions.
