About 4^th Wheel?

4th Wheel was founded in 2010 with an ambitious vision to strengthen social development programs. Over the years we have had the opportunity to work with government entities, non-governmental organisations (NGOs), social enterprises and corporate foundations. Our experiences led us to understand the importance of strategic program design, strong implementation, performance monitoring, impact evaluation and structured program documentation. We offer three areas of support to organisations involved in socio-economic development: social impact management, communication for development (Com4Dev), and capacity development for implementation and management staff.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about all things data and is looking to work in the social impact space.

Roles and Responsibilities

-       Design and maintain processes for measurements, tracking research study data

-       Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques

-       Establish data quality standards

-       Ensure data quality systems are maintained

-       Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

-       Convert data in to visual representations

-       Undertake data collection and reporting

4.    Case study review and data tasks shared with shortlisted candidates

5.    Review of tasks and 2nd online interview
