Job Description

Roles and Responsibility:

1.      To make annual/six monthly/quarterly/monthly budget, monthly plan and monthly budget.

2.      To verify MIS format and ensure Smooth functioning MIS and resolve queries along with responsible person

3.      To authorize leaves of state/unit coordinator

4.      To resolve conflicts at state level

5.      To inform PMU about new recruits and provide necessary documents

6.      To ensure timely release of consultancies of their team

7.      To ensure donor wise financial booking of program

8.      To ensure timely release of budget to units

9.      Based on the budget and programmatic reconciliation make necessary changes as and when needed

10.  To conduct monthly meetings and ensure planning is done based on Annual planning/event calendar

11.  To ensure work is done as per Annual planning and thematic planning

12.  To present unit in program steering group

13.  To ensure local event calendar is implemented

14. Provide data for donor/annual reports.

15. Coordinating with donors in implementing project/utilization of budget.etc. 

 16. To ensure effective monthly meeting is organized


Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 3 to 5 year


Qualification: Master’s degree in Social work, Rural Management or related field

Desired Candidate Profile

Post Graduation - MBA/PGDM

  1. Must have 3 to 5 year experience in the related field.
  2. Report writing and documentation skill.
  3. Leadership quality
  4. Work in a team
  5. Knowledge on ground realities.
  6. Willingness to travel in field areas
