Key Job Area:
1 Counselling Support to Participants
Collaborate with case workers and other relevant staff to discuss and inform comprehensive plans that are created for participants and share relevant information. Conduct counselling sessions with partners and/or family of participants/ community peoples if and when required.
Conduct capacity building sessions with the team members on mental health.
Plan and execute the mental health awareness campaign every year in october. Engage in mental health advocacy at individual, systemic and community level. Facilitate community mental health program sessions with partner organizations.
Reporting & documentation
MA in Counselling/Clinical Psychology/Psychotherapist
Minimum 3 years experience working with women
Fluent in English. Hindi and/or Marathi
Passionate women and persons from marginalised gender identities with an understanding of gender, caste and related issues in the social development field.
