Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Attend client briefings in order to understand the sector and the position being recruited.

• Prepare preliminary search documents under supervision.

• S/He will be responsible for research, creating visibility, making cold calls and generating suitable candidates.

• Work with the team lead to define the pitch for candidates and candidate development.

• S/he will be responsible for preliminary candidate assessment and report drafting.

• Assist in conducting reference checks.

• Interact and work closely with the Team Leader on all aspects throughout the search process.

• Coordinate with the client/candidates on logistics.

• S/He will work in a target driven environment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Post Graduate degree, preferably in Social Work/Social Sciences/Human Resource Management/Marketing
