Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for:

1. Training need assessment
2. Planning and deployment of teacher's training (both pedagogical and soft skills)
3. Training impact analysis
4. Providing on the job support to teachers

Eligibility: The ideal candidate should have a degree in Education (B.Ed / M.Ed) with 8-10 years of relevant experience.

• S/he should be well versed with Punjabi (Read, Write and Speak)
• S/he should be technology savvy and well versed with online training platforms and tools
